In the novel The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, the protagonist, Jay Gatsby, is a deep piece whose true sides are revealed as the curb unfolds. In the beginning of the novel, Gatsbys image is one of a major(ip) notoriety who enjoys throwing parties. A side other then Gatsbys mysterious side is seen when he is around Daisy. When he first encounters her, he is nervous and runs away.
